APPLICATION FORM REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Under the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“the Law”) and related legislation, you have the right to request information by applying in writing to the data controller at https://realestatexpo.com.tr (“the Institution”).

PURPOSE

With this application form, you have the right to

1. learn whether your personal data is being processed or not,
2. request information if your personal data has been processed,
3. learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
4. learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,
5. request the correction of your incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
6. request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
7. request the notification of the operations carried out to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, regarding the transactions performed in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) above,
8. object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,
9. request compensation in case you suffer damages due to the illegal processing of your personal data.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Our Institution will conclude your requests free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged. Our Institution may accept the request and process it or reject the request in writing with an explanation of the reason. If the application is due to our Institution's mistake, the fee will be refunded to the Relevant Person.

CONTENT OF THE APPLICATION

The information provided by you must be accurate and up-to-date. Our Institution does not accept responsibility for requests arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided in this form or unauthorized applications. Our Institution reserves the right to request additional information and documents (such as a copy of the identity card or driver's license) from you for the purpose of identifying your identity and ensuring data security.

EXCEPTIONAL CASES

On the other hand, no right to request for these issues will arise due to the fact that they are not within the scope of the Law for the reasons mentioned below:

1. The processing of personal data solely related to him/herself or his/her family members who live in the same household, provided that the personal data is not transferred to third parties and the obligations regarding data security are complied with.
2. The processing of personal data for research, planning and statistical purposes by anonymizing personal data with official statistics.
3. Processing of personal data for art, history, literature, or scientific purposes or for freedom of expression, provided that it does not violate national defense, national security, public security, public order, economic security, the privacy of private life or personal rights or constitute a crime.
4. Processing of personal data by public institutions and organizations authorized and empowered by law for preventive, protective and intelligence activities carried out for national defense, national security, public security, public order or economic security.
5. Processing of personal data by judicial authorities or enforcement authorities regarding investigation, prosecution, trial or enforcement proceedings.

In the following cases, the right to demand only compensation for the damage caused will arise.

6. Processing of personal data necessary for the prevention of crime or for a criminal investigation.
7. Processing of personal data that has been made public by the relevant person.
8. Processing of personal data that is necessary for the execution of inspection or regulatory tasks by authorized public institutions and organizations, which have the authority conferred by law or by professional organizations with public institution status, or for the investigation or prosecution of disciplinary action.
9. Processing of personal data that is necessary for the protection of the State's economic and financial interests in relation to budget, tax and financial matters.
